A slower version of the beautiful game (as seen on BBC Breakfast TV) where any player caught running concedes a free kick to the opposition.
Bristol City Football Club and LinkAge are joining forces to give over-55’s the opportunity to strap their football boots back on and get back in to the game.Staying active is really important as you get older but it is also really important to have fun and walking football combines the two!
With the first pilot taking place at Ashton Gate on our inflatable pitch there is already a buzz from some local older people who are looking forward to once again playing the beautiful game rather than just watching it.
